Summary:
ICS was contacted in an attempt to have an Investigator on site to witness the exchange of a child from father to mother. Due to legality of the exchange, a verified witness was required by the Client to document a proper exchange to negate any backlash from the opposing counsel.
Investigators suggested that the agents be on site at the appropriate time without the Client loitering; as per the mandated order. After completion of this documented exchange, the Client would be provided a report for their records.
Conclusion:
Without much time on the clock and the Client seeking to have an Investigator on site to witness the exchange of a child, Investigators eagerly responded to an address for the Client. The specific time for exchange was set by the opposing counsel and the Client had arrived. Upon arrival the Client and child exited the vehicle. Although the child being very emotional, the Client was advised that the exchange must occur swiftly. Photographic evidence was obtained during the exchange and the child was taken by the opposing counsel; as to not come into contact with the other parent. All documented evidence of the exchange was forwarded to the Client.
