On 10/1/2013, ICS of Missouri investigators were contacted by a family that needed assistance locating an individual.  Unfortunately, the family only had two pieces of information, the individuals name C. Smith and that their deceased loved one had a relationship with the individual 18 years ago.  Mrs. Smith was named on one of the deceased persons bank accounts from many years ago and the family needed the funds released to assist with final arrangements.  ICS of Missouri investigators were able to locate Mrs. Smith within 24 hours and put the family in direct contact with her.  The family was extremely appreciative and relieved to have located Mrs. Smith.
