Another successful collaboration between ICS Licensee's! The team at ICS of Pennsylvania, Inc. was retained by a nationwide home builder, who is identified as a defendant in a multimillion dollar personal injury case. The assignment required the investigators to canvass, locate and interview witnesses, all of which were later determined to be undocumented Latino laborers. Several hurdles were encountered, due to a language barrier and the suspicions of the illegal aliens. While in the field, investigators were able to reach out to Jose Pineiro at ICS of Missouri, LLC, who acted as an interpreter and liaison with the witnesses, enabling the field investigators to promptly accomplish their goals.
