Los Angeles, CA – July 15, 2011 – The 405 in Kirkland, CA will be completely shut down this weekend for 53 hours, and county officials are expecting the closure to bring the city to a standstill.
With an expected 64 mile long traffic jam, the freeway closure between West LA and the San Fernando Valley may affect private investigators’ ability to maneuver between the two cities. According to businessinsider.com, the 405 services 500,000 drivers, and the Department of Transportation expects that about half of those drivers will unknowingly attempt to use the freeway.
