Brian Sweet and his team at ICS of Pennsylvania, Inc (ICS of PA), had a successful result this week for a client who is involved in a custody/support matter. The client indicated that the mother of his daughter stated that she is unemployed, requiring the client to pay a large amount of money in support payments. The client thought that it was odd that only the grandmother of the child was present each morning when he picked his daughter up for school. He suspected that the mother may be employed, and he reached out to ICS of PA, Inc. to look into the matter. His suspicions were correct. Surveillance determined that mom was not only working one, but two jobs, under the table. The client was able to have his support payments modified. It was also determined that the mother of the child was not residing at the address that she had provided to the Court. She was cohabitation with a convicted felon, who had an active bench warrant out for his arrest. Counsel in the case was able to file an emergency custody petition which the Court agreed with and the client was granted full custody. The client eliminated the custody payments and the daughter of the client is now in a safe environment.
