International Counterintelligence Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Allen Horner of National Intelligence Group, Inc. has joined the ICS network of licensed private investigators.

Allen is available to perform investigations in Southern California (L.A., Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Kern Counties) as well as Oregon (Eugene, Salem, Portland and Medford).

Allen is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), Professional Investigators of California (PICA), United States Association of Professional Investigators (USAPI), and Defense Investigators Association of California (DIA). He brings over fourteen years of investigative experience to the ICS team and is ready to assist his clients with ethical, professional, expedient and confidential investigations.
