Case Updates/ Address Changes

You may have a case update. We recommend you call ICS at (800) 828-9198, we remain available 24 hours a day and all holidays. All clients are assigned two representatives for each case they have open, a case analyst and a case manager. They remain on call to help you. You may also use our online form to pass on less urgent updates. |

Case Reactivation
|
In some circumstances you may have had to de-activate your case. Please speak with a case analysist as soon as possible. Call, or use our convenient online form. |

Concerns
